Sweetie, she needs medical help.
This could cause hemorraging if not treated. Try to advise her to go. This could be very dangerous for her.

some spotting is most of the time normal but bleeding like a period is never a good sign especially with clots anytime you see bright red blood or like a period you should go to the emergency room right away tell your friend she should get checked this is her baby's life on the line if it's nothing then it's nothing but if it's something maybe the hospital can help her or prevent a miscarriage her own health could be in danger also

Bleeding is not normal in a pregnancy. However, I had an aunt who had a period every month each time she was pregnant. It is also common for women to miscarry within the first 3 months. She should go to the Dr. If it is a miscarriage she will need a D&C to clean everything out and prevent infection. If it isn't a miscarriage, better safe than sorry. Unless she doesn't care. Does she not want this pregnancy?

I would take here to the doctor ASAP. Some women get thier period when they are pregnant, but it's not that common. Any heavy blood flow should prompt an immediate visit to the doctor. Miscarriages aren't necessarily that painful, when you aren't that far along. In fact most of us have had miscarriages and never new it! Get her to a doctor or emergency room right away. Ask her wouldn't she rather be safe than sorry!

She had to see a doctor to get an ultrasound so why won't she go back to him. Usally bleeding like that means she is having a miscarriage and she needs to go to the hospital to make sure that everything is alright cuz if her body does not naturaly get rid of the entire pregnancy it could result in an infection that could result in infertility. Besides that fact that she could hemorrage. Not every miscarriage has to have pain mine didn't at all not one cramp so I really suggest that you tell her to go the the hospital right away. Bleeding in pregnancy is nothing to fool around with.

She is most likely having a miscarriage. Heavy bleed with clots whether or not she is cramping is still a sign of miscarriage. Drag her butt to the hospital she needs to get checked out.

you should take administration. you should understand that she is scared out of her ideas right this moment, and could not do something on her own She needs to visit the clinical institution, she might want to have an STD. both call 911 and they'll make her go yet no count number what you do, she needs to get help, not in basic terms actual, yet emotional. this is going to break her critically and could not go away by technique of itself. She needs to get help. and also you're the in basic terms one that can get her there. Her reasoning isn't even good right this moment, so take administration, and do not enable her convince you otherwise.

she needs to go to to a doctor ASAP. It could be worse than a miscarriage, but she won't know unless she goes in and gets checked out.

Yes she must go now! When I had my miscarriage, I was bleeding but I didn't have any cramps either.
