grown the spead they ssay that theres a factory installed governor where is it located ?

Suzuki's are in the exhaust (washer), carb (slide lift restrictor)and a screw on the thumb throttle housing.

They are restricted in several was, exhaust restricter, carb slide restricter,throttle level restricter and sometimes electronicly, locate the C.D.I box check for a small plastic screw, this can be twisted clockwise to increase speed, there may be a metal fork type plug that can be removed, and sometimes there is a wire usually green, that just goes from one end of the C.D.I.to the other (loop)Cut that wire for full speed

Take the slide out of the carb, it should sit on top of that. You might have to remove the throttle cable from the slide to remove it but thats where they are.
