You are right! Baby oil will do just the opposite. If you want your skin to shine, you should remove the oil from your skin. Use an Astringent, such as an Alum based liquid or take a bar of soap and lather your face and let it dry then rinse it off. Your skin will shine like a mirror, and you can restore the natural oils with some cream afterwards.

I would think that a shimmer lotion would work really well. I would try that instead of baby oil. The oil is so greasy and the lotion you can put on and still be comfortable in whatever you are wearing.

I actually like using this sunscreen that comes in an aerosol can. I'm not sure what brand it is, I just know it's spray-on sport sunscreen in a blue can and it makes my skin look wet even though it's dry.

u can use a tinted moisturizer by neutrogena. it gives ur skin the glow. baby oil will just end up making u look too oily.

Maybe a bronzer would work, its like self tanning product but washed off. Makes a nice shimmer, healthy looking.

Try using ultra glow, cocoa butter moisturising body oil, it will make your skin glow.
