Where can I find brakes that are adjustable?

I need to find information on getting brakes that are extendable/adjustable for my car. I am a little short and need something so I can reach the pedals.

I just did a GOOGLE for "pedal extensions" and you will spend some time checking out ALL the hits. Lots of possibilities and options.

I am not sure, but it seems like a few of the older luxury cars had adjustable brake pedals. Other than that, you might have to glue on thicker pads to the pedals? Just thinkin out load. Have a fun day.
