My computer at home recently changed the font and size of toolbar on windows screen and Internet Explorer?

All by itself. Is there a reason, and how can I change it back?

VIEW/TEXT SIZE and pick what you want

Put down the joint. Go to View, at the top of your screen, look at text size. It should be at "medium".
