Yes it sounds good, what length skirt though? Because you can't wear a short skirt with a low cut top. Whats the occasion? Enjoy yourself!

I would change shoes. Go with a knee high boot. It will go better regardless of the length of the skirt.

Kind of, if the cradigan is long and matches the boots. Would be better with some knee highs with heels

the skirt must be long / a short skirt with ankle boots not nice, are you very tall ? the colours seem fine

sounds nice to me as long as the skirt is mid calf length.....a short skirt looks horrid with a low top

For my tastes, it's a little common (as in widespread, not as in 'common' said in a snobbish way).
But... you ain't trying to impress me, honey. If YOU think you look good, you will look good. It's all about confidence and comfort.
Kudos for wearing flats over heels, though.
