Hey Republicans are at least more honest about it than Democrats are. Democrats only care about the vote they get from saying they aren't racist.
In the Bush administration they have more blacks in PROMINENT posts than Bill Clinton did. I think the highest post a black held under Clinton was Secretary of Agriculture. And didn't he die in a plane crash while he was being investigated?
Why don't you rephrase your question to include the world? Wouldn't if look odd if the Republicans shot everyone who was accused of being racist in their party? Then people would be saying how do we get all those mean racist out of the democratic party.
Or is this another of the we dont' have anything better to throw at Republicans --so we'll throw the race card.

I don't believe they can. In any large group of people you will find some who are racist. It's inevitable. I do not believe that there is any data out there to show that there are more racists in one political party than there are in another. You may as well ask how the democrats can attract literate people.
