incest sites, rape sites, other crap a guy i know gets on. how can this be tracked to catch the people behind it? its sick and insane

If there are no children involved and the people are all consenting then there isn't much you can do. If this person accessing the sites is using your computer you can block access to any web pages you think are inappropriate.

thats why we are called the ungly americans , we dont care about our children any more only ,we spend tomuch time on the cp to see what our child is doing . i think every one should write down a site when one comes up and send it to there congress , or the police department signed ed
