I think this country has gone over the edge as far as helping others. My tax dollars go to pay for other peoples education and when I need money there is none for me. I knew someone who got flown in from a different country to have heart surgery completely free of charge. Would anyone in this country who works and pays takes get that for free ?? Hell no. My own grandmother got money from the govt for being old. She had never worked a day in this country. I think those things are wrong. The people who live here and pay taxes dont get as much as people from other countries do.

Push the "fair tax plan"

Strengthen borders and border control

Set up investigating committee as free from partisan politics as possible to oversee investigation of all questionable activities by any elected official

Make busy-body laws illegal (anti-smoking, seat belt, helmet laws, etc)

Trim the government to its absolute essentials.

Direct any wars by telling the military what our objectives are and leave the means to the generals that are better suited to set the winning strategies.

Replace the current social security system with something a lot more affordable.

Redo the military. Set it up so that anyone that joins is a combatant. Any support jobs would be handled by civilian contractors. During times of peace the soldiers would assist in other aspects, border patrol, disaster relief, etc. But their primary duty would always be as a member of a fighting force.

Make rape a death penalty crime, especially child rapists

I could probably think up a few more but most people have already stopped reading.

I'd enforce the borders and would send all illegals back to where they came from along with a huge fine!I'd be drilling for oil anywhere it was to be found and become energy independant.I'd change to a consumption tax and eliminate the IRS!!!I'd stand up against anyone who even thinks about harming this country.I'd stand against any attorney that I considered a sleezeball.I'd have term limits on all govt. positions. There would be NO DEATH TAX!!
there would be a hell of a lot more death sentences carried out.I'd probably step on so many toes that I would be remembered for being assasinated and for bringing America back to something closer to what our forefathers had intended us to be.

If I was elected leader, I think I would be fired the first day for not pleading guilty to "having sexual relations with that man" (that's the same guy who delivered a brand new sofa to my office)
