Quit whining and do your job the best you could.

If you have a union speak to your rep. If you don't then ask for a meeting with your manager and HR regarding what you feel is an unfair grievance. Check out the office's grievance and complaints procedure. If you have something specific that she is bullying you over (your age, your sexuality, your race etc) complain about this, otherwise just say it is generally that she is making you feel awkward. Ask to be moved to a different department or to a new team. While doing this also start looking for a new job as you really don't want to be somewhere that stresses you out. It took me six months after I was in a similar situation but I'm finally happy and better off physcially and mentally.

Good Luck and remember, she may be a bully but you are the better person :)

If you stay at this job any longer than absolutely necessary, your self-esteem could take a hit. It is unreal how much a bad boss can take control of your life and mess with your head.

I liked the other answer about filing a grievance, because you don't want people like this to get away with treating more people the same way she is treating you.

Remember not to take it personally. If she is treating you badly, that is her choice and the problem is hers, not yours. You've only been there two months, so you haven't invested too much into it yet. If anyones cares to know why you quit so early on, you can just say: "It wasn't the right fit" which is true, right??

You are probably working for a firm chock full of nepotism and or special interest groups. You haven't got a chance. Very quietly find your self another job, secure your pay anyway you can, maybe claiming a false illness if they holding back your pay one week or more. See if you can work at the new job while you are so calling in "Sic". And don't even say good bye.

What a coincidence. An article about office bullying was on Yahoo news this morning
Fight fire with fire. The tape is a good idea
