I do believe it to a certain degree. I have read that even the government has founded institutions devoted to research and the training of remote viewing. I just think that there are so much we haven't even explore about human mind and the universe that we just can not ignore the possibilities.

Yes, I most certainly do. I called it a heightened awareness . I know it happens and I know for a fact that some people are more sensitive to this than others.

No, I don't "believe" in either one -- there's no proof of any kind that either are real.
If you *have* such proof, don't be coy -- tell the world! Submit to repeatable tests and prove it! Otherwise... :(
