I was watching a show about sex and pregnancy on I believe TLC, and when you organsim it helps the sprem move towards the egg.

Actually it is better to have one. When you orgasm you are creating a high amount of cervical mucus which the sperm need in order to make the trip upwards.
It is advised that after intercourse you prop your back end up so that you do not have it flow out. Keeping the mucus and sperm inside and giving it a chance to go where it needs to go.

No, it's actually better if you do have an orgasm when your trying to get pregnant, it allows the sperm to travel easier.

I've been told by my doctor that a woman's orgasm kills sperm but also pushes sperm out, more or less blocking the way to the fallopian tubes where your egg initally becomes fertilized and then moves down into the utereus and attaches.

Acutally an orgasm causes your vervix to open...so having one is beneficial to trying to get pregnant

No....when you orgasm......it stimulates the guy causing him to ejaculate.....the muscles shoot the sperm up in to the cervix....making it more likely for you to get pregnant.
