I'm a 19 year old girl with terrible skin. At least, I think it's terrible. My acne seems to be getting worse and worse every day and my skin is so rough and discolored. And on top of that, I have freckles, which just add to the unattractiveness of my face. I'm also pretty fair skinned, which is another unattractive quality. I was wondering if anyone knew of anything I could do to just improve my skin in general. It's so rough that I look older than I actually am. I want a young, healthy complexion. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I'm at my wit's end.

That's another problem I have that I'd like some input on. Whenever I try to tan my face, my nose is the only thing that darkens. And it doesn't even tan, actually, it just turns a brown color, but not a nice healthy tan. Is there any kind of lotion or something I can use on my face when I tan to get a nice even, healthy tan on my face?

See a dermatologist. Trying billions of different products will just make it worse. You might have a skin condition that could be fixed by just one perscription.

this might sound like a crazy suggestion but when my face started breaking out for the first time in my early 30's i found that if i went tanning at a salon it helped to clear it up....and it also helped to cover up the scars that the acne created!!!!! It helped me more than any acne cream or face wash i could find (and i tried alot!!)

Good Luck!!!

SEE A DERMATOLOGIST. A doctor is the only one who can help you with your skin problems.

I will say, though, that taking Biotin also can improve the consition of your skin. You can find Biotin in the vitamin section of most grocery and drug stores. The supplement may help but you still must SEE A DERMATOLOGIST
