More important than color is length. Don't go below your knee or it will make you look really short. The lighter the color, the taller you'll look, so go for a camel or honey color which will also go with everything.

I think a Coat that stops right above your hips would be right for your height. As far as the color of the coat is concerned, your skin tone plays just as much of an importance as your hair color. Maybe a Fire engine red would look good on you, but again, that depends on your skin tone. You should go to a departmant store and look at different colors against your face to decide what color would really work with you.

I would think that a nice camel color would work with your hair and eye color. Try for one that's about 3 inches above your knee. It won't make you look too short, like some of the longer ones do. Black always works as well.

Red always makes a dark haired & eyed woman look hot! I would say the length should go to about your hips to balance your height.

I would say between a light and medium blue. Blue and Brown hair alwalys look hot. The lenght i would say only to the waist if you want to look taller, no offence, but longer if you dont give a crap.

What may look good on you may not look good on someone else! I am 5 ft as well and I find that the best length for me is just below my butt. The color would depend on your skintone.
