6600 would suit your budget, but it doesnt have a megapixel cam,
it has extendable memory.
If you can soend upto Rs.9500, go for a sony ericsson w550i.
Its rocking.
I have it and i am extremely happy.
Its very very user friendly, has extremely gud sounds, 256 MB inbuilt memory, memory cant be upgraded, the disadvantage is that cam, though 1.3MP ,quality is poor.
