The e.mail I have received may be a spam, so I'm not going to follow the instructions until I can find out as much information as possible and contact PayPal who sent me an e.mail with the IP number in it. I'm not daft!!!! Old yes, daft No! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Use this link to enter the IP address. This will show you who the range is owned by. After you find that out, you can contact them and see if you can find out who that IP address may be tied to.

there are programs you can search for that can trace isp numbers, i used it when someone tried to hack into my ebay account, but aol are harder to trace for some reason than other
