I'm applying for my first part time job, and I don't know what to put under the "Previous Employment" section. I don't have any! Should I just leave it blank, should I include volunteer work (and if so, how?) or what else? Thanks!

Yes, put something. When I am hiring, I always look foe creative answers. Put any volunteer experience, home experience (like gardening tools used, mechanic experience on your car, even mowing lawns with a mower). Try to think of things you have done that have something to do with the job you are applying for. Even Girl Scouts or Boy Scouts will have taught you some skills you could put down. Good luck!

Include volunteer work, anything that you've done at school that shows leadership or thinking for yourself (mention project work or times where you had to work as part of a group or team), mention memberships to any outside clubs or teams (ie a football team or a scout troupe).

Try to fill it with as much relevant info for the job spec, even if it is only part time as it shows that you are able to adapt your skills and this will work out well for getting the job.

Better to be honest.
What kind of volunteer experience do you have? Is it helpful to the job you're applying to? If so then include it in your experience by giving the details of that volunteer work you had.

well if you have none you can't put any. i would include volunteer work. getting a job is all about selling your self to the employer. rule one be honest. if you lie or stretch the truth they will find out and then you will not get the job. i wish you the best.

spotlight any volunteer artwork or community involvement you have. incorporate artwork you have finished with the college. IE: prepared and ran bake sale for the dance group. Volunteered to study books for tale time on the close by daycare. bought female scout cookies for 7 years. issues like those can tutor which you have smart skills or journey regardless of in case you have no longer formally had a job. advertising female scout cookies proved that I had advertising journey and had frolicked coping with money. Volunteer artwork shows community involvement and provides the corporate the thought which you're a properly rounded and friendly individual. sturdy success!
