I yell, cry, listen to music, punch my bed or my pillow, i snap at people, i go hide in my room for a while, and write in my journal. mostly music helps the most or my journal. plus i may slam the door or something

It would depend on the situation and severity of the upset. If it's minor I'd probably do #3 but when it's really upsetting I might act more emotionally and do #1 or #2 then I'd go be alone. I like to shop when I'm depressed and that's more of a longer-term upset.

upset? after feeling that way Don`t lash out ,tell yourself, you1re smarter than this, think it through, breathe, don`y say a word and walk away , go to aquiet place, put your head phones on, turn the music up so u can`t hear anything or any one, music has a way of calming, it makes you remember positive things. remember you r the one in control of you, music helps, positive uplifting music not memories.
