This will probably get erased, whatever. I have been through some things. What I am wondering is why girls as young as 8 wear short skirts and revealing shirts, yet when they get hit on or molested, everyone yells "that's sick". Pedophilia is not good, but neither is having children dress like whores but only say pedophilia is wrong but whorish looking children is ok.

OMG I agree. I think we can safely blame parents for this one. Who buys them those clothes? And what is with those f'ing Bratz dolls? Great role models!! I hear ya & I agree!

I know what you are saying--it's cute when the kids are young and no one (except the sickos) thinks anything sexual. Then one day a girl gets a training bra and the same clothes she's worn every summer are suddnely too revealing and people want her covered up or else they'll call her names she doesn't really understand yet. It's up to the parents to buy the clothes, and to help their kids project a positive image. When the parents aren't there, it can lead to problems. I've had a few instances (usually a kid someplace she doesn't belong--like a bar or a party at a college) where I've started talking to someone and given my friends a laugh because the girl was so young.

Personally, I think that people should be less uptight about skin and judging people, that isn't going to happen. The way a lot of people dress, you have to talk to someone before you can tell if they are 14 or 24, but usually sixty seconds of conversation will let you know whether you are hitting on a child or an adult--so if you are grown up you need to do the right thing and tell the children to have a nice day and leave them alone. Anyone who'd fault you for talking to a young girl for a minute and leaving is just wrong--you can't help what women you find good looking, and if you are responsible enough to not pursue anything once you find out someone is a child, you have not acted wrongly. Of course, if they are dressed as a child or four feet tall, no one should be hitting on them at all!

Our society has declined and many people have lost sight of decency. The media glorification of Paris Hilton, Nicole Ricci, and Britney Spears have contributed to this sad trend.

God willing, the child has NO IDEA what sex is.Parents fault, not the innocent child that does NOT know the meaning or suggestiveness of her clothes.

I think exactly like you do. Shame on these celebs, who shall be nameless ,that market these little hussie outfits in the name of fashion and style. And shame on these parents who buy them.
