I dont believe they do have a layaway. Pretty soon the layaway system will be no more. This is Walmarts last season for it. Kmart will still have it I assume, but it will just be a matter of time before the stop too. I hate that because I'm Ms. Layaway myself. lol

i work for toys r us. No they do not have layaway. I think it is because it would cost more to store the toys and that a lot of stores wouldn't have space to fit the merchandise.

i think they want 10% or so to hold each item!
