There is a program available which gives you details of every piece of hardware inside your PC. It is shareware, although the majority of the program can be freely used. It is called SiSoftware Sandra and the latest version released is 2007.
http://www.sisoftware.net/
Alternatively, click on Start, then Run, and type in msinfo32.exe for a Windows information program with hardware details.
