you may think this is insane but there is actaully no law that requires you to pay taxes and do you really now what they are doing with our money. every penny that we pay goes to a PRIVATLY owned bank to pay for the interest of the american debt. military is payed for by corporate taxes that are legal. highwyas are paid for by the tax on gasoline and schools are paid for by the propert and city taxes. so why are we giving money to a bank for making the money if the government can legally print thier own money.

well would you tell me where the law is. the lower courts will certanly prosicute you for it. unless you have a smart jury. but the supreme court will not prosecute you for it.

when you sign the w4 or 10 form you are "required" to pay because you entered a contract. but if you dont fill it out then your not "required" but unles sthe american people will do something as a whole then nothing will ever be changed. ppl are going to jail and having things taken from them because they simply dont know thier rights. if there is a law then why wont anyone show it? judges, the irs commisioner, other ppl in the irs. there simply isnt one. there have been cases that ppl were proven innocent because the no noe would show the jury the law. again, because there isnt one.

We pay taxes in one form or another on everything. They take taxes out of your check before you see it. Then at the end of the year you have to pay taxes on all of it again even though you did it once. Then you are taxed on whatever you buy. You even are taxed when you die. You are lucky if you get a nickel to call your own on every dollar you earn.
You might be interested to know that only the government according to the constitution is legally able to make money, but the government does not make the money in this country.
Figure that one out.

This is a fallacy. The requirement to pay taxes is not voluntary and is clearly set forth in section 1 of the Internal Revenue Code, which imposes a tax on the taxable income of individuals, estates, and trusts as determined by the tables set forth in that section. (Section 11 imposes a tax on the taxable income of corporations.)
Furthermore, the obligation to pay tax is described in section 6151, which requires taxpayers to submit payment with their tax returns. Failure to pay taxes could subject the noncomplying individual to criminal penalties, including fines and imprisonment, as well as civil penalties.
Add: You asked who gave the IRS the ability to make laws. Congress gave the Secretary of the Treasury the power to enforce the income tax laws through involuntary collection.
Here's some case law in case you care to research it:
Helvering v. Mitchell, 303 U.S. 391, 399
United States v. Tedder, 787 F.2d 540, 542 (10 th Cir. 1986)
United States v. Richards, 723 F.2d 646, 648 (8 th Cir. 1983)
Woods v. Commissioner, 91 T.C. 88, 90 (1988
Johnson v. Commissioner, T.C. Memo. 1999-312, 78 T.C.M. (CCH) 468, 471 (1999)

Never read the Sixteenth Amendment to the Constitution? Ever heard of the United States Code, Title 26 (also called the U.S. Tax Code)? The U.S. Code is law, read it, there is a little something for everyone in there, included the average american worker. Anyone who doesn't pay taxes only opens themselves up for trouble, and possible prison time. Hopefully no one is dumb enough to buy into this.

yes there is. try to find the law that says "thou shalt not kill"...
ok, did you find it? that's the one on the 10 commandments. ours usually looks more like this:
http://www.divorcesource.com/WI/ARTICLES/beaulier11.html
http://www.revisor.leg.state.mn.us/stats/609/185.html
so, even though there is no law that says "murdering people is wrong"... we have statutes that describe what a murder is and what a punishment is. just like the tax code that describes what you owe and what happens if you don't pay it.
we give money to the government who uses it. it doesn't just go into a bank "to make money". that's like saying the government gives the dead to coroners to make money because you aren't allowed to bury them in your yard.
why do you say "the irs makes the law"? that isn't true. they have no legislative authority... they do not make the law, they did not make themselves.
did you watch from freedom to fascism or something? it's a complete load. i can't believe you're freaking out over this while we are at war. more people have died from that than the evil 1040 your employer has to submit.

You should go to the source
www.irs.gov
This is the agency that collects your taxes and regulates the distribution of them.
If you see the term "authority" or "satute"...those terms mean that it is a law...and it's usually followed by a section in a code of law.
It is a federal law to pay your taxes, you as an individual and companies as corporations.

fake. there is amazingly little of the reality in Russo's action picture. The regulation is: call 26 - inner gross sales Code (seem it up) while Russo died in 2007, he owed over $5 million to the feds and the State of California. there is one obvious omission from his action picture. He neglects to allow you know that no person has ever used the theories that he talks approximately it the action picture and gotten out of paying their taxes. Many have tried yet none have been positive.

I wasnt able to find any actual law that states that we have to pay income taxes, but there are laws imposed by the IRS, a federal based institution, that does state our need to pay.
http://www.enter.net/~arthurlf/incomet/fitprmr.htm#tgtFITPCodeSections
Try not paying and the IRS does have the authority to collect. Really not worth the headache to fight it.

Right.... and you must then also believe in the whole "straw man" thing where your name isn't actually your name because it was given to you and the government owns it.
Either pay your taxes like everyone else and keep quiet, or don't pay them and go to jail for tax evasion.
