Need help with another problem .... If ANYONE would like to exchange email or im let me know, I really need help with this stuff!

If a coin flipped 6 times came up heads each time, what is the probability that on the seventh flip it will come up heads? With forumla too please.


And

If a pair of identical tiwns is born and the first baby is a girl, what is the probabilty that both babies are girls...
I know obviously it is a girl, but how do i express this ina forulma?

since you are flipping a coin its always 50/50 no matter what, it makes no difference what the other flips are.

the second question is trivial as well P(both are girls) = 1

thats all you need to write, since there is a 100% chance of them being girls, by definition of what identical twins mean

The probability of getting heads is 50%, and tails is 50% - the previous tosses don't contribute to the probabilities of the current toss.

Identical twins!!! If they are identical, they both have to be the same gender!! Probability is 100%.
