Well, there's screen readers and auto-braille machines, but no, I reckon blind people can't see the actual screen

It is a valid question I guess, like at the shop I used to work we had a tiny little sign on the wall by my till saying "assistance available for the blind or partially sighted" and it had braille underneath, but I never noticed any blind people touching it. Madness huh?

There are many different types of visual impairment that are classified as blind impairment, be it with color, shades, shadows or shapes. So the question you posed was a valid one and the answer is yes because not only is visual sight one way for one to "see" but one can also "see" through the aide of braille, tactile aides and so on. I hope this helps.

There are many different ways and individual can be considered blind. I am not visually impaired, but I have been know to be blind in love! Mostly I think that translated to: ignorance of the truth of the individual you have Strong feelings for.

Are you ridiculing the blind here? Of course you should know that no blind person will ever see what you are implying here and the same applies to those not blind as well.

You can't see anything if you are blind you knucklehead. If you are mocking blind people then you are sick and need reporting.

Perhaps it's better to be blind than brainless. It is quite obvious from your question that you can't 'think' of any meaningful questions.

To report you, one must have some time to waste.
