2016 has not yet been decided but here are some of the cities/countries that will more than probably bid for the games:
New Delhi / Tokyo / Kenya / South Africa / Dubai / Israel / Japan / South Korea / Thailande / Czech Republic / Germany / Netherlands / Portugal / Spain / Russia / Turkey / Italy yet to decide if it will be Rome or Milan / Havana (Cuba) / Montreal / Toronto / Argentina / Brazil / Chile / many american cities are exploring the option : Baltimore- Washington DC / Chicago / Denver / Detroit / Minneapolis / Philadelphia / Houston / San Francisco & Los Angeles (already has it twice).
I hope it goes to a new city and would like to see India get it.

the next summer olympics are in bejing in 2008, then the winter olympics are in vancouver in 2010,
