Of course they did.
Bushco is the most hostile administration to science and the truth in general (wherever it conflicts with their policy goals anyway). A couple of years ago a group of our country's most distinguished scientists (including many Nobel prize winners) wrote an open letter detailing the Bush admins. distortion of facts for politicasl purposes. The most important ways that the people can combat global warming is getting rid of their older model cars (1979 Buick) because, older cars emmitt more toxic fumes into the air. Its obvious that the more technological advanced a car is, the less harmful gases it emmitts. A car that was built 3 or 4 years ago will be more economy friendly than a car that was assembled 35 years ago. For high populated cities such as New York, Bus and Taxi companys should replace current vehicles with cars that are powered by hydrogen or electricity. Just think, if every major city used the Toyota Prius as taxi's, there would be a decreased level of pollution, and also taxi fares could be drastically lower as well.

The people that support the man made global warming theory are everywhere you can't help but know their side of the argument.
The only ones getting censored are the thousands of scientists who disagree with this theory including now some of the first scientist to espouse the theory who now say it was faulty.
You also never hear about how the "hockey Stick chart" that Al Gore uses was totally debunked and even people who support the theory admit it is poor science.

It is known as the big lie. The Bush family is in the oil business and the last thing they want on the news is the story of Global Warming. He knows the story, but doesn't want you to. Tony Blair made that speech a couple of day ago talking about the catastrophe that awaits inaction of this issue, and Bush doesn't even mention that he heard about it.

Global warming is real.. and in 50 years we will wish we had taken action sooner... but i don't believe the president "censored" information on it.. there is too much international information for him to try and block some from the public.. it just can't happen... he just chooses to believe the problem isn't as big or as pressing as the scientists say it is.

The weather is like the stock market. The experts can guess about what is going to happen but what they really only do accurately is explain why something happened in the past.
By the way most of the "scientists" who support the global warming theory are not even climatologists.

If there was even a hint of a possibility of this being true, CBS,ABC,CNN, NBC and the whole damned liberal alphabet would be spending millions of dollars to investigate and get proof. If 2 federal agencies are investigating, that's like the fox watching the hen house.

I've been hearing from some top scientists in the world and they say our planet is in fact cooler in the last few years than it was 60 yrs ago. They think it's all bogus and think the money given to this will not be put on it. These are top scientists in the world!

Global warming is just the latest "scientific" gloom and doom BS. In the 70s, they were braying about the fact that we were entering a new ice age and how we were all going to freeze to death.
Has man had an impact? Of course, but man leaves his impact everywhere. But how much of this current "problem" is man-made, and how much is just the earth's natural cycle? No one knows, yet people are willing to follow along like lemmings.
