Are you able to acheive orgasm during masturbation? If so, do you tend to reach this point by stimulating the clitoris, or by stimulating the internal G spot? Some women are the opposite (not finding very much pleasure in penetration, yet going over the top at clitoral attention), but that doesn't mean there aren't others like you.

If you're unable to reach orgasm, period, then I'd suggest doing a few excercises to relax your mind prior to sex. Sex, after all, is supposed to be fun and feel good! But so many of us get trapped in feeling like we have to "perform" up to a certain level, and sex becomes much like an act, with the bed being the stage...and your audience is nothing but critics. Who can relax and have fun under that sort of pressure? Instead, focus first on things you and your lover can do together that are relaxing. Ask him for a backrub...or give one to him. Take a long bath together (if your tub's large enough for the both of you, that is) where you simply talk about day-to-day things while gently caressing each other. Go to a comedy club on a "date night." Most of the problems holding back good sex are located between the ears.

Whatever you do, don't fake it! Us guys would rather know what turns our partners on, honestly, than to feel falsely that we're doing everything right. Most men are more than willing to please their partners, so if you'd like him to try something different, just ask!

Good luck to you; I hope at least some of this helps.

I wouldn't say you necessarily need to see a doctor. They don't tend to be very helpful for anorgasmia.

If you are experiencing sexual pleasure from intercourse, masturbation, or the hands of your partner, it might be that you just don't care much for oral sex. It tends to be a gentle sensation, and some women like stronger, more intense clitoral pressure than the average mouth can provide. You can try combining oral sex and fingering and see if that floats your boat, or having your partner pull back the hood of your clitoris, which will increase your sensation.
