i did maybe three or four times during my life, but i only remember my first time because i was so shocked, i was with my mother at her friend's house, and everyone was talking and laughing, and i was playing in the yard, and i looked at them, and OMG i freezed, i've seen this scene before, how they were sitting what they were wearing everything, it's like rewinding a movie, and in my head i knew that this person is going to say this now, when she did i looked at another person, and i also knew what he was going to say , then i freaked and i ran to my mother, and i was yelling:"mom, i've seen this before, i've seen this before" i was maybe 5 years old then.

All the time!!!!!! It freaks me out cause it happens 5 to 10 minutes before the event not split seconds like most people. I get a flash of an event that is going to happen and then 5 to 10 min later it happens. It scares the s hit out of me.
I told a lady here one time about when I was 18. I went to New Zealand. I had NEVER been there before nor did I know anything about New Zealand at that time. Yet when I arrived in Auckland I knew every street. I knew what was around street corners without ever being down the street. This was back in 1980. I am 44 years old know and to this day that experience still freaks me out. So people say I am clairvoyant. What a load of c rap. I don't know what it is and I don't believe people can predict the future. But I can NOT explain with any rational or scientific explanation what the h ell happened to me.
(maybe it's a glitch in the MATRIX lol)

A few years ago I was going through about 40 deja-vu trips a day. I honestly thought nothing of it but I did mention it to someone and that person asked me about the antidepressant I had been started on. Turned out that they had prescribed too high a dose of the medication and all those deja-vu's were a side effect. That was very weird and I do remember (LOL) how it was starting to get on my nerves. The dose was decreased and all was well once again.

I've heard it said that deja vu is like putting together small sections of memories from various experiences through life and all coming together when you are placed in a situation that is most conducive to thier remembrance.

Just like that the sense of smell...its so vivid and you would never remember certain times in your life unless you smelled that same smell again....like the way your old house smelled when you grew up. Or maybe from memories of dreams as they can be very vivid as well. There's tons and tons of those small bits of memories chillin in your head and when certain stimuli affect you like a scenario where you feel like you have been there before occurs, it triggers these memories and it can happen very vividly.

I don't think its really a case of having been there before when you clearly haven't because it seems to be primarily a flooding of different kinds of stimuli applying to the senses of the body....not your spirit as if it were a past life or something

If you had a Deja Vu you are more in tune (intuitive).
The reason for deja vu to keep you on your lifes chart.
Deja vu is actually when you remember the life you charted out for yourself before your soul came to the earth plane. Each soul charts their live out before leaving the Other Side (heaven) and coming to earth. When you see glimpses of the life you charted this is Deja Vu.
It is a good thing, and it means you are following your chart. But it does feel quite strange.

Many times. They say it is stimulated by a few things that are SIMILAR to a past experience. For instance....one day you might have been eating Skittles and listening to you mom talk. Then one day in the future, there you are eating Skittles and listening to you mom talk and you feel like the SAME EXACT thing has happened before but you just can not pin point it.

But sometimes it feels like you can almost predict what comes next. I would like an explanation for that!!

I have had it several times. I have heard it explained as being caused by the two sides of your brain working one a little behind the other for a split second and it makes it seem as if you've experienced the same thing twice. Don't know if that's it or not, but it sounds logical to me. Weird though, huh?

Yes..lots and lots and lots of times. Sometimes, its simple things like the way the car in front my mine turned.. Or the way the the children ran when it started raining.. or what my friend said, to a joke.. it just keeps happening all the time.. Now I'm so used to it, I hardly notice.
