When you don't think you've been tricked, then you KNOW you've been tricked. That is the mark of experienced confidence men.

If you believe that what Kerry said was directed at US troops, then:

A. You haven't researched the full text of his "botched joke."

And, if you have looked into the issue and still think Kerry was insulting our troops then:

B. You'll believe just about anything anyone tells you in which case you should keep mooing right along with the herd and, perhaps, pick up a rifle, demonstrate some of that raw patriotic passion and go join a battle.

Which, by the way, is something Bush, Cheney, and Rove never did (and, no, Bush in the Texas Air National Guard is not 'fighting' in a war).

John Kerry is the only one responsible for what John Kerry said ! One who is an elected official should never make derogatory comments towards the military or the commander in chief during a time of war ! How would you like to be a soldier in Iraq or a mother of a dead marine and have to hear that?

Those people have studied and follow Hitler's tactics to a tee. They have the luxury of hindsight to know how to exploit it better than Adolf did.
