I would imagine - business leaders - heads of organisations can pretty much make a mint. But for real job status - Consultant Surgeon probably has the best earning potential - makes my 30 shillings per annum, plus lodgings look pitiful!

Network Marketing. You have your own business, working from home, choosing your own hours, with unlimited earning potential, even on a part time basis around your current commitments, ie job or other business. How big or small you build it is up to you, and there's nobody else to decide, as you are your own boss. Low start up investment, and low ongoing running costs, plus you can save a bomb on taxes, because you can put lots of your household expenses against your business. Take a look.

Well that would depend on which country you are in. But Investment Bankers seem to do very well as do Dentists in the Private Sector (UK)
If it's a trade that you are after - Plumbers are never out of work and seem to be able to charge whatever they want!!!

i know for a fact that CPO's, Close protection officers... (body guards) can leave school unqualified in anything, and still earn £300 - £400 a day abroard.. (yes A DAY) and £150 - £250 a day in the UK, and thats without getting a high profile job.... this has got to be one of the best jobs.... with perks..... for someone with no Qualifications from school?

If you don't want to spent years at uni engineering is very well paid, mainly as so many people are going to uni that there aren't any engineering trades persons anymore. I'm a gas engineer and its very reasonable pay and short hours!
