What’s the name of these countries?

There’s 3 countries on the east shore of Baltic sea they were free between the years 1918-1940, the soviet union occupied them in 1940. But they got under the German occupation between 1941-1944; when the Soviet Union ended these countries were free, in 1991

Can you help me figure them out, please?

Possibly the Republics of Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
