okay i was standing at the comic book store i had already checked out and my mom was talking to the owner and all of a sudden i felt like i stood up to fast or something but i was already standing i sat down and i was fine i didnt make a scene or anything i have a nerve problem is that what it was

i dont smoke or eat anything that day and i felt like i was going to throw up i was in a hurry that day

there could be many reasons for this, inner ear infections can cause it,if it continues to happen I would go to the doctor.

Take a look at your blood pressure: I used to have a similar problem, especially when I was sick. Or yes, there could be something wrong with your inner ears too.
