Like I want to make a database with all the visitors of my website. And when someone enters my website they can sign-in, etc. How can I do that. With what program?

It is not so much a program that you need but more like a server side programming technology (i.e. ASP, ColdFusion, ASP .NET, PHP, JSP, ...etc.) that you need. With these server side technologies, you can use database with your web site.

Then you need ASP depending on webserver software you are using. you can connect your database ro your site with ASP.

you will find lots of programs and scripts that you can use on your website for free, they are open source programs and scripts that anyone can use for free.

to chose which program or script to use, it will depends on your hosting service.

Not sure about making the log in on your site I know if you pay for a web template with log in on it, but here are site counters
