Can anyone tell me what's the diference between Political Science and International Relations?

I'm trying to decide what my major is gonna be, and I would like to combine it with a minor in business or advertising....Advise Please!

the actual difference is in the wording itself. international relations means that you take courses in the political science of international countries not including the united states while in political science you only study the political of the united states.
it all depends what you would like to work for.
if you are going to go into the world of import/export or even companies that manufacture or advertise for international purposes , well the second one is better. and considering that the united states is the door to international trading and communications, it is a wider area to study.

Your definition of science is dreadfully naïve, and your definition of religion is obviously wrong. Religion =/= Christianity. Even if it did, most churches ignore the Bible most of the time. Science isn't carried out by robots - Scientists have ambitions, and careers, and bosses, and various other motivations to fudge results a lot of the time. When you say, "science openly admits that it does not have all the answers" - 'science' doesn't admit anything, 'science' can't talk. Only scientists talk, and on a debated topic, they will more often claim to the public that their personal favourite theory is true, rather than admit that the answer is unknown. I've heard life on mars, multiple universes, flat space, and many other highly debatable claims all presented as fact by the scientists who favour them. They do NOT admit that they don't really know, and they are NOT 'extremely open to changing their views'.

Political Science is defined as "the art of the possible". Defining "science" as any kind of "art" means that the science in question is not a science at all, so the bottom line is that it's no wonder that a degree in Poli Sci is a BS degree.
