When are you officially out of your first trimester? Is it the end of the 12th or 13th week?

13th week.

I have found so many different web sites that go back and fourth. The 9 Month pregnancy = 13 weeks
The 10 Month pregnancy = 12 weeks
Since pregnancy lasts 40 weeks divided by 4= 10 months (lunar)
each month = 4 weeks
...But everyone says pregnancy is 9 months, so they add on a week or two here since a calandar month in 4-5 weeks long. (they have to make up the extra weeks somewhere). My Dr told me at 12 weeks I was out of my first trimester, but she goes by lunar months (10 month pregnancy). Hope it helped, but I probably just confused you.
