Season 7 doesn't come out until 2/06/07, so I don't think the last season will be available in time for Christmas. Try tvshowsondvd.com.

if it is not out already and I doubt it is then it should not be out until next year because of syndication rights, In the US they are only up to season six for those reasons and it was release last month. The UK should be ahed of the US in release but not that far ahead. Look for it next September.

They have all of Lost at http://www.FavoriteTVshow.com They have a small sign up fee but it is a one time thing only and after this you get unlimited access to old and new episodes of shows including full series. They also give you the software to burn them on dvd so you can make your gift ;)
