Just wait until dark and use the paint remover.
Until then make sure you clean the paint off you car if you have any and buy some spray paint, just in case the paint from your car does not come off his car then you can spray over it instead. Dont rub to hard because you might set off his alarm.

there is little negotiating while it contains valuing a motor vehicle. it incredibly is in comparison to you're making them an furnish and that they settle for or decline. The adjuster will examine out the motor vehicle, and then if he/she comes to a decision it incredibly is totaled, they'll then alert the full loss branch who will assemble each and all of the documents and furnish you the rather funds value of the motor vehicle. At that factor you are able to settle for their furnish, or decline. in case you decline, they'll decide to be sure evidence that the motor vehicle is well worth extra. no remember if or no longer there's a loan in place would not come into attention for the insurance company. they do no longer look to be bothered approximately how a lot is owed. they are in contact approximately marketplace (no longer retail) value, on account that's what they insured it for.

Where was he parked? Can anyone else have done this?

Deny everything! No-one is going to check your car for samples of paint in this case!

Stay strong, deny it!

But that is all you should do. Don't give other plausible stories: just say, "Oh, that's so bad! Who could have done that?!"

If you try to create a fake story you'll be caught out!

Keep it simple!

if your paint is on his car i would be honest, or you could run out with some t cut and get it off. If there is damage to your car though im sure he will be on the look out and will soon spot you.

If you are the moron living next door to me and you have just hit my car I will do more than make your life a misery, I will murder you unless you confess immediately and pay up in full!

Pay for some yobs to finish the job and smash it up. That way he won't notice your small scratch!!!

(To all police out there who are inevitably monitoring this question...this is a joke, I know you don't have a sense of humour but believe me it's only a joke!)

i have no idea how you are going to get away from this one, my guess would be to hide your car in your garage until the problem is fixed and make a good solid story that you wount forget about how you were sleeping know nothing

Yes, make sure you remove all traces of your paint and repair the damage to your car so he doesn't see it.
Are you sure none of the other neighbours seen you? if so, fook it

Honesty is the best policy. Otherwise you could get charged with failure to notify after a traffic accident. I am assuming that you have insurance ?? He can be strange all he wants you still failed to control your vehicle and struck his vehicle. Notify the Police and have them come out and do a report.
