You dont sound like you should be getting anyone pregnant let alone having and raising children if you need to ask this crude question.

Sperm can actually live in the vagina for up to 5 days if the conditions are right, however the vast majority of them will have died off after the 1st 48 hours. A fertile woman has about a 1 in 3 chance of conceiving if she has unprotected sex at the time she is ovulating. Your g/f can buy an ovulation prediction kit to find out exactly when is ovulating, or you can just have plenty of sex from days 12 - 16 of her menstrual cycle (that is 12-16 days since the first day of her last period). At age 30, 75% of women will get pregnant within one year, and 91% within four years without medical help so relax and have fun!

"If women use the withdrawal method every time they have sexual intercourse and do it perfectly every time, it is 96% effective. This means that if 100 women use the withdrawal method all the time and always do it perfectly (which is almost impossible), 4 women will become pregnant in a year. Although it's obvious that the withdrawal method is most effective against pregnancy when it is used all the time and always used perfectly, perfect use hardly ever happens. The typical woman does not use the withdrawal method perfectly. If typical women use the withdrawal method, it is 81% effective. This means that if 100 women use the withdrawal method, but do not use it perfectly, at least 19 women will become pregnant in a year. Withdrawal does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases. " So, if you did it right... there's a 4% chance. At highest, you've got a 19% chance.

Find out when she's menstruating and ovulating. Usually during
ovulation that's when she is more likely to conceive.
Also, they sell ovulating test devices that tell you when she is ovulating.
And for the you, try to wear boxers instead of briefs, I heard that briefs sort affect the temperature of your sperm in the testes.

Just remember, raising children is a big job, and requires a lot
patience. Good Luck!

depends on both of you. are you both fertile, is it right time of month (every women ovulates on different days in cycle, is the egg mature when its released, is the lining right for implantation, its complex event and everything has to be right). and depends on if she's on the pill.

If she doesn't want to get pregnant, she'll make sure it doesn't happen.

you can come till the cows come home, doesn't mean itll happen

A baby deserves to have 2 parents who are married and who have saved and planned for him. It costs $6000. for the first year of a baby's life. He needs food, clothes, furniture, a roof over his head, medical costs, and many other expenses. Think about it.

umm most of the time it will only take one try, unless you cant have kids. If it don't work the first time then try again, but you have to be patient with these things and make sure your girl really wants it to.
