Human space junk can hit satellites such as the Hubble telescope. The same is true for small rocky debris floating thru space.

The old Skylab came crashing to earth in the vicinity of Kalgoorlie, W. Australia, causing all sorts of Chicken Little jokes, "the skylab is falling, the skylab is falling". No one was hurt, by the way. Other stuff has come to earth too.

Space junk does not really affect the sun or magnetic fields.

I know they track this stuff as it can do damage to things up there if it hit it at the right speed. As far as affecting the Magnetic Field or Sun Rays I assume there is some affect, but, very, very, negligible, like unmeasurable.
