kids would be my guess. youth is meant for younger people so kids would probably be the answer.

I would say Kids -A- because, Youth sizes are smaller than adults. Most of us are in adult sizes by begining or middle of high school

C. Other.....sounds like a youth shirt. Not a kids shirt, not an adult shirt, but a youth....teenage.
