It was said by the same moron who said Mission Accomplished in Iraq I don't know how many deaths ago...and the same guy who said Bring It On to terrorists who now use that statement as a rallying cry to kill as many of our soldiers as possible. Our pathetic President. Maybe he should take his own advice.
