I believe it's every 8 years, and every 8 years he releases a movie.. He started when they were children and now, if I understand correctly, they're middle aged adults. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

The movies are 7 Up, 14 Up etc. every seven years interviewing the same group of 14 men and women. It is a long term documentary by Michael Apted and 49 Up was the most recent installment last year.

The first one was called 7 up about some 7 year old girls, then 14 up, etc. I think they are middle aged by now. I hear they're good films.
I just checked IMDB and it's a british tv documentary. I guess there is an american series that's along the same lines called 7 up in america.
