i personally think you should go to jail for 6 yrs never mind the months
why the hell should we feel sorry for you because you were addicted to crack
if you had never tried it you never would be addicted
and just because you did some good you think that is life altering i know people that have done yrs worth of volunteer work while you did what
oh yeah dont forget you paid them back thief you should have paid the insurance company back also jerks like you make me sick
i hope you get 10 yrs never mind 6 mo.

Considering how well you have done that you are doing better than 95% of the other people in your shoes, you deserve leniency. However I think it's time we go one way or the other with the drug situation. I think stiffer punishment would really curb things. Under your situation (did you say it's a first offense?) I think 30 days or even two weeks is enough. Next time or if this is a second offense, 6 months, automatic, every bit of 6 months.

On instinct I'd say that you shouldn't have to go to jail, but if you are convicted and sentenced to 6 months jail time, take it like a man. If you're truly reforming, you must be willing to pay society's price. Because even you admit you did wrong.

If you are truly reforming yourself, don't allow 6 months to ruin it. This should be seen as the last door to close on your past mistakes. Once you're done, you're out of everyone's debt. You've started anew.

I don't think you should have to go to jail. But if you do, don't let it make you hateful of the system, and more importantly don't let it make you end your reform.

Good job.

I don't think you should have to go to jail. It looks like you were trying to make things right, and jail won't be of any help to you. You did do something wrong, but it looks like you realize what you did and are willing to pay restitution. That says a lot about you.
Unfortunately, the system isn't as sympathetic. Hang in there!

General population in jail, just like everybody else! If convicted ... probably a medium security prison with other violent offenders.

Yes, go do the time. You told us all the good you have done but what about the bad. Stealing from the ex's was most likely not the extent of it. Do your time, stay clean, and try to keep doing positive things.

no u should go to jail, if u cleaned up for good, and ur not going to go back to the way you were. but just keep doing good and the judge should give u another chance. it depends on who it is really. but jus stay clean. if u do go it wont be for very long, well it shouldnt be. and i have to say good job on cleaning up if u are telling the truth. most people dont have the strenght to do that.

If you have tried to make things right like you said, then the judge should be made aware of this. Unfortunately, the judge will decide what he wants to do with you, but I believe your efforts will definately be in your favor when you see him again. Good luck!

Keep up the good work! Pay your debt to society and your victims and then move on. Hopefully the judge will be very lenient with you.

one more thing...stay true to yourself.
