erm do a delivery report but they just give you a report if the message has been sent to the phone not actualy opend so the best it gets is by asking them.

If there isnt a message saying theres a new text message... but its there, its already been open!!!.. if it asks you to "read new message" youre the first!!!!

You dont....and why would you need to know anyway unless you are stalking them? Have patience....the person will answer if they want to and if they arent sleeping. NOTHING is that important because if it was you'd be calling them up instead.

You dont. If you ask them if they received it and they deny it what can you do except tell them the message or send it again.
