It might sound drastic to her, but she must not have seen the parents and children we've seen. I think there should be some sort of law put into effect or something. My dad rented out his house to a couple that had 6 kids, the oldest one is 10, and the mom goes and whores herself out at a local truck stop for money, and she collects welfare and insurance from the state for all of her children, yet keeps getting pregnant...SHE SHOULD BE STOPPED!!!

Well, 1984 was quite a few years ago now. Perhaps you have forgotten that liberty is still our most precious possession. Do you really believe that it would be appropriate for the government to be that much in control of your private life, or are you thinking of the private lives of others, because clearly you would be one of the superior ones who would get an unrestricted license?
Or are you just trying to stir up controversy?

I agree it's a good idea, but it's sooo 1984. The powers that be would never go for it....there's too much money to made from the under 16 demographic.
