For me, it is the diversity. Not just in property and sights to see, but the diversity of people. You can go just about anywhere, and see something completely different than the place you just came from. There are still parts that are more concentrated with one race or culture than the other, but my favorite parts are the ones where they are all blended and it is just cool.
