I believe that with a degree as a drug and alcohol associate allows you to persue a career in many different areas. Some of them would include rehab centres, jails and/or other custody settings, hospitals etc. A very rewarding career and one that if you help one individual in 100 your a success, as many people with whom will be your clients will relapse but at least you'll plant a seed for them if they ever get serious in the future. Best of luck to you in your studies and career choice.
