BORIC ACID! it only cost about 2 bucks at the dollar store- put it around the base of your house, and in no time all the bugs will be gone!
also if you have bugs in the house, BAY LEAVES will do the trick! put hem in your cabinets, and drawers. and bathroom, they are safe, and no smell.... hope this helps!

If you can spare money for another mattress it would be a good idea to throw your old one out. If you can’t afford another mattress, vacuuming the mattress and applying a sealable cover should be sufficient. Meanwhile, all clothes, linens, and bedding should be washed in hot water, and the immediate area vacuumed thoroughly.
There are, apparently bed bug treatment and sprays available from several vendors online, but if you have an infestation that you think you cannot handle on your own, we recommend contacting a professional extermination service that can specifically address the issue of bed bugs. The sprays available online may or may not be able to be used on mattresses. It should be noted that any spray you use on a mattress should be explicitly noted in the directions on the bottle. If there is no guarantee from the manufacturer that you are not putting yourself in danger by applying their bed bug control agent on your mattress, it’s best not to use it.

Bedbugs have come back to North America. It's said Asians brought them in to US hotels, and the US guests of these hotels brought them home.

If you really have bedbugs, you need professional help. All the carpets have to go, and perhaps some furniture too. The whole house has to be bug-bombed with poisons only a pro is allowed to use.

One can get homeowner insurance for this kind of thing.

If your house is infested you will have to move. Like leave everything behind and move. Try calling a pest control agency but they cost $$$.
