Sometimes that is the best vote you have. Or even a write-in for someone you think would be good at the job, even if they are not running for it. But you also need to consider "minority" parties. Remember that both of the two major parties were once minority parties. The change has to come from somewhere.

Vote Libertarian for a change.

Whoever represents your convictions and opinions about issues. It's better to vote *for* someone than *against* someone else, although in this political climate that's sometimes hard.
