Lots of rubbish e-mails offering all types of opportunities and an amazing amount of medication.
Some of these e-mails aren't even adressed to me so why or how do they get into my inbox?

Ask yourself if you get emails with funny topics, pictures, jokes, etc. with generally a huge list of email addresses, and you (also could be your friends too) send them again to other friends.
Spamers track all this directions 'cause one of those is a spamer address. It's 'cause of this is impossible to get over to the junk.

First, block the sender and report it as spam to your e-mail carrier. They get into your inbox because you have an e-mail similar to the one typed, but the one typed didn't exist or is a phony display name. Never reply to these e-mails, and block certain words that are usually contained in these e-mails such as "Free" or "Cheap".

If you open the mail and scroll down to the bottom there should be a place in very small writing stating " To remove your email from the mailing list click her" Click it and make sure you follow the steps required to remove your email address. It is time consuming but you should stop recieving them in a few days.

If your UK there's a form you can fill in an that will help.or stick up a laminated notice , no circulars, free papers etc through this letterbox.

Look at the bottom of the E-mail and it may say
Unsubscribe and click on it and it should go thats what I do.hope this helps you.

you kinda cant. but to help aviod any more u can not sign up with anything on any web sites. dont send ur email addy to ny web site. but for what you are getting right now there really is no way you can stop it.

clean out your cookies and temporary internet files + recycle bin.
Do this after each visit.
